Good stay with some issues
amazing breakfast comfortable bed insufficient storage unfixed safe
The breakfast was amazing. It featured many choices and excellent coffee. The bed was really good. I have rarely slept in one so comfortable.
The room lacked sufficient storage. There were no shelves for clothing or toiletries. The safe was not fixed. I could easily carry this steel box out of the room.

sparkly wine lovely touch
The staff was very cute. I received cake and wine at breakfast for my birthday. It felt special. The number 28 tram stop is close.
The safe was not fixed to anything. It was easy to pick up.

awkward design unsecured safe
The breakfast had a thoughtful execution and felt just right.
The shower setup felt awkward in its design. The room lacked sufficient storage for clothing. Unpacking for more than a couple of nights would be difficult.. the safe was not secured, so someone could easily remove it.

shower setup slow service
the shower setup felt a bit off within the room. there wasn't much space for clothes or bathroom items in the room we stayed in. waiting for service during breakfast took a long time. it sometimes took over 30 minutes to get coffee even when it wasn't busy.

a blissful escape
beautiful building attentive staff shady garden
The building features artwork of iconic local landmarks. I found this especially striking in the dining area and on the staircase. the staff was attentive and cute. complimentary coffee was available constantly, so i enjoyed coffee in the garden each afternoon. It. the shady garden offered a peaceful spot to relax after busy days.
The shower and wc cube design seems somewhat flawed. It could be improved. i noticed a lack of clothing storage. Unpacking was difficult. there were no shelves for toiletries to place my personal belongings.

the hotel sits on a narrow street near a tram route. it is about 20 minutes by walking from the main centre. the thick walls and double glazing made the interior soundproof and quiet.
