decent stay with some drawbacks
shower setupslow service
the shower setup felt a bit off within the room. there wasn't much space for clothes or bathroom items in the room we stayed in. waiting for service during breakfast took a long time. it sometimes took over 30 minutes to get coffee even when it wasn't busy.

The building features artwork of iconic local landmarks. I found this especially striking in the dining area and on the staircase. the staff was attentive and cute. complimentary coffee was available constantly, so i enjoyed coffee in the garden each afternoon. It. the shady garden offered a peaceful spot to relax after busy days.
The shower/wc cube design seems somewhat flawed. It could be improved. i noticed a lack of clothing storage. Unpacking was difficult. there were no shelves for toiletries to place my personal belongings.

the hotel sits on a narrow street near a tram route. it is about 20 minutes by walking from the main centre. the thick walls and double glazing made the interior soundproof and quiet.

the breakfast had many options. the restaurant offered tasty food with excellent quality. waiters provided attentive service during the evening meal; i appreciated the approachability.

the hotel staff was very attentive. they offered assistance with luggage storage upon early arrival via email communication. upon returning from town, my luggage waited in my room; this service was efficient.
